Prior to establishing her private practice, Mary worked six years as an Employee Assistance Professional, serving firefighters, police officers, government and private industry employees. She has learned that individuals suffering from anxiety and depression are often on the brink of discovering information about themselves and taking needed steps that could positively transform their lives.
